Yet again, another great activity with the Vernal Mom's Group! We met at the High School track and the kids had fun 'competing' in the 100 meter dash, long jump, shot put (tennis balls), javaline (PVC pipes), and a fun little obstacle course we put together (with hurdles, hula hoops, etc.) at the end. They had award certificates, gold medals, and treats and drinks for them at the end. The kids LOVED it and had fun trying out all the different athletic events. Kaysen paid attention to it here and there, but was mainly interested in running up and down the bleacher stands along with his other younger buddies. Rylan just chilled in his stroller. He is the happiest baby and so easy going, which I'm glad for so that my older kids don't have to miss out on everything! I'm a lucky Mom!
